What is LessDesk?
LessDesk is a smart automation platform built for real estate agents. It replaces hours of admin with one simple workflow. It automated behind the current software you use so there is no need to learn how to use new software.

How does LessDesk work?
Agents only ever touch two screens:
The Intake Form, where you confirm property, owner, and deal details once. This is pre-filled with information from your CRM to make the job quick and easy.
The Approval Centre, where you preview, edit, approve, or track everything - forms, suppliers, marketing, and CRM sync.
Everything else - contracts, emails, supplier bookings, CRM updates, and AI marketing - runs automatically in the background for you. -
Do I need to enter details twice?
No - that’s the point of LessDesk. We know you don’t have time for that.
You confirm property, owner, and buyer details once in the Intake form. LessDesk then uses that data across every module: forms, CRM, supplier emails, calendars, and AI marketing materials. No double-handling ever. -
How much time does LessDesk save?
Our mission: save agents save 20–30 hours per week by automating listing paperwork, CRM updates, supplier coordination, and marketing setup. The dashboard even tracks your weekly time saved so you can see your ROI grow.

How do I get started?

How do I make sure everything is compliant and error-free?
With LessDesk you stay in full control, so you don’t risk sending out contracts or marketing material that could create legal problems.
We use your own office-approved templates (for forms like the Contract of Sale, Letter of Offer, brochures etc.).
You enter the key property and owner details once in the Intake form.
LessDesk then fills your templates automatically, and generates marketing and workflows, but nothing is sent out until you personally approve it in the Approval Centre.
That means you have the final check: you review the contract, check the marketing material, and only then do we send it on to your client.
The platform produces the paperwork and marketing quickly, yet you remain responsible for checking and signing off - so compliance stays with you.
