Why I Built LessDesk - Giving Agents Their Time Back

I’m Eve, founder of LessDesk - a platform built to give real-estate agents their time back.

When I worked as a personal assistant in real estate, I realised something that changed everything - almost every task I was doing could be automated.
From generating contracts and booking photographers to updating CRMs and chasing suppliers, the work was repetitive, time-consuming, and often stressful for everyone involved.

I kept thinking, if this could happen automatically in seconds, agents could spend their time where it actually matters - listing, negotiating, and building relationships.

That’s how LessDesk was born - an automation platform built specifically for real estate agents who are ready to reclaim their time, grow faster, and finally stop drowning in admin.

LessDesk isn’t about replacing people.
It’s about giving them back the hours that make them better at what they do.
For agents with PAs, it means your assistant can focus on high-value work like marketing and client care - not repetitive data entry.
For solo agents, it means you don’t have to wait until you can afford a PA to start running your business efficiently.

I saw first-hand how overwhelmed agents were trying to juggle everything, so we built a status checklist that shows exactly where every task is up to. You can see, at a glance, what’s been sent, signed, synced, or booked - without chasing anyone for updates.

For me personally, this isn’t just about tech. It’s about freedom.
As a mum, I wanted to build something that allows me to be home for the moments that matter, and to help agents do the same.

Because at the end of the day, your business should run efficiently enough that you can leave the office on time and still keep growing.
